Hi folks,
I am having trouble in getting the doors to close completely when either in the extend mode or retract mode. The linkage/actuator as per the drawing is being used and careful attention was paid to the measurements outlined therein. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I used T88 as an adhesive and West 105 resin for laminating, coating the interior, and fiberglassing the exterior.
