Nose Gear Bay Doors

I am having difficulty in understanding how the front portion of the doors fit.

The drawing shows that the hinges are at the fuselage/door bay edge. The nose gear linkage is below that level.

And, the triangular piece of nose gear door (affixed to the strut) fairs into the lower cowl such that it is about one inch below the cowl attachment to the frame.

The nose gear doors must flow into this piece smoothly. That is my conundrum. The drawing is not very clear on this or possibility I have yet to see the light!
