Marcelo Bellodi
Wing Construction

This is the jig Marcelo used to make the wing ribs. As you can see, all the
ribs can be made with the same jig by varying the position of the blocks.

The flap assembly

Aileron and flaps are float sanded and ready for skinning.

The wing jig in place.

At the center of the jig, the angle brackets hold the spars in place and are adjustable with screws.

The leading edge ribs glued in place.

And naturally, Marcelo has a jig to hold the ribs perfectly vertical.

Now the wing is starting to look like a wing.

Good Lord! Marcelo actually skinned something!
