Al Dubiak

Al cuts the leading edge bending jig blank on the bandsaw.

He has now cut the jig to shape, here with all of the templates in place.

Bending the skin over the jig. The skin has been soaked in water for a few days.

The first wing skins go on.

Inside the wing, there are aileron cables, antennae and tubing.
