This Blackmail Agreement, in duplicate, made between Alfred P. Scott, hereinafter called 'Mr. Scott' and Frank L. Christensen, hereinafter called 'Frank',
WHEREAS
(1) Mr. Scott has written a PowerCADD add-on known as WildTools,
(2) Frank has been using WildTools but, unlike all other users, Frank has encountered some difficulty in using the WildTools Move Points tool in conjunction with creating isometric drawings,
(3) Frank has requested that Mr. Scott create a '3D' version of the WildTools Move Points tool to be part of the new shipping version of WildTools 4.0, and part of the WildTools 3D tool palette,
(4) Mr. Scott has created The Drawing Room, hereinafter called 'The Drawing Room', as part of the Engineered Software web page where users can show off their drawings,
(5) Mr. Scott has repeatedly requested that Frank create an entry for The Drawing Room, which requests have been met by weasel-words and a general slipperiness of character,
(6) Mr. Scott has concluded that the only way to resolve this matter is to resort to blackmail,
NOW THEREFORE, Mr. Scott and Frank agree:
(a) Mr. Scott will create a '3D' version of the WildTools Move Points tool and will make this part of the WildTools 3D tool palette in the upcoming WildTools version 4.0 release, and
(b) Frank will create an entry for himself for The Drawing Room.
