Welding Symbol Tool

Please note that the call-outs of the welding size and length should be above the line and not below, according to the AISC Steel Manual.

I don't draw too many structural drawings, being an architectural designer, but recently I had to draw steel storage system details with a lot of welding symbols. When the structural engineer checked the plans, he corrected all of my welding symbols. I had to explode the symbols, move the notation above the line and it was a lot of work.

Could you possibly fix this tool for us to be correct, per AISC Steel Construction Manual.

As most of you know, I don't know a thing about welding symbols, so please give me your comments on this suggested change to the Welding Symbol tool. (By the way, I will be in Europe from September 23 to October 5.)
