This is the kind of jig that I've been using. It's a wood table and I've made copies 1:1 of the drawing. The copies had to be corrected due to printer errors. But having the drawing always visible was very important for checking measurementss.

Step 2: Clamping the lamination. It's good to have many clamps, and it is very important to make a careful preparation.

Clamping the frame, it's easy work when you learn the right techniques.
