Joel Shankle Wing Assembly

The wing is turned upright and the control sticks go in.

This contraption is starting to look like something!

With the wing upside down, Joel installs the cove ribs along the aft wing spar.

Now check the ailerons and flaps with the cove ribs.

Level the wing in preparation for skinning.

Joel prebent the leading edges over a broom handle.

Nailing strips are used during the gluing for the staples.
