With the 90 deg jig clamped in place, the #4 intermediate leading edge rib is positioned with its chord line lined up with the front spar chord line and clamped between the bottom of the main spar and the top of the leading edge strip

The #14 leading edge rib was glued and clamped in a similar fashion using an 88 deg jig to accommodate the 2 deg taper of the main spar

A good view of the 10 mm spruce doubler for the #14 rib.  The doubler was made with the exact shape of the Plexiglas wing tip light lens cover as shown in the next photo

The 10 mm spruce wing tip shape ribs were cut to the exact shape of the Plexiglas wing tip light lens covers to ensure a good fit of the covers without cracking them

This shows the clamping method for gluing  the #4 intermediate leading edge rib to the front wing spar
