Davide is preparing the inside of the fuselage frame number 1 for gluing with Aerolite. The frame is filled with an insulating material.

Another view of the same frame. In the frame are drilled the holes for accessories to be mounted on the firewall.

Preparation of Frame number 1. The white boxes are the components of the Christen inverted oil system. At this stage we have drilled all the holes except those for the engine mount supports, since we don't have it.

The frame is glued and already reinforced with plywood where the accessories will be installed. The aluminium angle strip is used as cowling support on the frame. We were very lucky, since we found it in the Laverda.
